HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHP) — Several communities across south-central Pennsylvania have rescheduled trick-or-treating, hoping to avoid potential rain Thursday evening.
The following boroughs and townships have announced date changes:
York County
Trick-or-treating in Carroll Township, Dillsburg Borough, Monaghan Township and Franklintown Borough has been moved to Friday, Oct. 31 from 6-8 p.m., the Carroll Township Police Department announced.
Dauphin County
Trick-or-treating for the whole city of Harrisburg—including uptown, downtown, midtown, Allison Hill, Hall Manor, Shipoke, and South Harrisburg/Bellevue Park—has been moved from Thursday, Oct. 30 to Friday, Oct. 31 from 5:30-7:30 p.m., the city announced on Facebook.
Royalton Borough also rescheduled trick-or-treating to Friday, Oct. 31 from 6-8 p.m.
Cumberland County
East Pennsboro Township and Upper Allen Township have postponed trick-or-treating until Saturday, Nov. 1 from 4-6 p.m…
