Crews rescue horse stuck up to its stomach in mud in Lebanon County

(WHTM) — Fire crews rescued a horse that was stuck up to its stomach in a muddy field in Lebanon County.

The Palmyra Fire Company reported on Facebook that crews were dispatched to a field in Lebanon County and encountered a horse weighing 1,200 pounds that was stuck up to its stomach in mud in an old pond.

The post says crews used a fire engine and a tow truck to free the horse from the mud.
