One dead in Lebanon County crash, vehicle fire

LEBANON COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM)– One person died after a vehicle crashed into a tree and caught on fire in Lebanon County early Monday morning.

According to State Police in Bowmansville, Troopers responded to a single-vehicle crash on the PA Turnpike in South Londonderry Township in Lebanon County at 1:03 a.m. on November 3.

Police said the vehicle was traveling west on the PA Turnpike when it exited the roadway to the north, drove onto the grass shoulder, and struck a tree. The vehicle then caught fire and became fully engulfed in flames.
