DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. — Police arrested a man after he reportedly defrauded two victims out of a total of $88,500.
State Police charged Richard Saunders after one victim claimed he defrauded them out of around $40,000, and another claimed he defrauded them out of around $48,500.
