The Carlisle Borough Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating a missing juvenile, John Achenbach Jr.
Achenbach was last seen on October 23, 2025, at approximately 12:00 PM after fleeing from a hearing at 16 W. High St., Carlisle, PA 17013. He was wearing a black hoodie, grey sweatpants, and New Balance sneakers at the time of his disappearance.
As of October 31, Achenbach remains missing. A family member reported speaking with him by telephone and confirmed he was safe, but his current whereabouts are still unknown…
