LEBANON COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — Pennsylvania State Police are investigating after a tractor trailer truck driver was severely injured on I-78 West in Lebanon County by another driver.
Troopers said when they arrived to the area of mile marker 4.2, they discovered the victim in the cab of her truck covered in blood.
