DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A tractor-trailer reportedly carrying thousands of chickens overturned in Lykens Township Friday morning.
State police said around 10 a.m. the exact number of birds is unconfirmed, but at latest count, it appeared to be around 7,000 birds.
The vehicle overturned around 6 a.m. in the area of North Crossroads Road and Luxemburg Road, according to online dispatch records.
