LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — Six Lancaster County children who were allegedly kidnapped Wednesday night were placed with the county’s Children & Youth Services (CYS) due to reported abuse, court documents show.
The criminal complaint filed by Elizabethtown Police shows, 39-year-old Robert Christensen Jr., of Elizabethtown, and the children were not at a residence in the 300 block of High Street when a search warrant was executed around 6:30 p.m. Wednesday.
Emergency custody was granted to Lancaster County CYS because there were reports that Christensen allegedly assaulted and neglected the children, court documents show.
