Armed carjacker wrecks on I-83 near Harrisburg after officers pass by him, police say

CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A man is in custody after allegedly carjacking someone in York City, before eventually bearing stopped near Harrisburg.

The incident first happened Thursday around 11:18 p.m. and was reported to York City officers that a man stole someone’s Ford Escape at gunpoint.
