Zachary Reed Taylor, 27, of Robin Lane, is charged with Felony Rape of a Child, Felony Unlawful Contact With a Minor, Felony Corruption of Minors, and Felony Indecent Assault of a Person Less Than 13 Years of Age, according to the criminal complaint filed by Officer Peter A. Fure.
Police said Taylor engaged in sexual intercourse and other unlawful contact with a minor under 13 at a residence on Jill Drive in Derry Township. The alleged assaults occurred around July 1, 2015, when Taylor was 18 years old, as detailed in the affidavit of probable cause obtained by Daily Voice.
