State Police search for habitual DUI offender accused of leading high-speed car chase

YORK COUNTY, Pa. — State Police are searching for a York County man accused of leading a high-speed vehicle pursuit through Chanceford Township last month.

Shane Michael Suenderhaft, 43, of Brogue, is a habitual offender with several outstanding arrest warrants for driving while under a suspended license and multiple DUI convictions, according to State Police.

His vehicle was spotted at a Rutter’s store by two troopers patrolling in the area of Delta Road in southern York County shortly before 9 a.m. on October 17, police claim in charging documents.
