LEBANON COUNTY, Pa. — A Lebanon County couple faces charges after police reportedly found a severely malnourished dog living in a storage area.
Trei Anthony Gilcrist, 32, and Brooklyn Taylor Cordell, 25, both of Palmyra, were charged with cruelty to animals, two counts of aggravated cruelty to animals and two charges of neglect of animals.
