Elisha R. Hoke, 41, was arrested after officers were called to 519 North Railroad Street around 1:18 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 7, according to the Western Lebanon County Regional Police Department.
Hoke struck the victim in the face multiple times, causing injuries, investigators said. While on scene, she allegedly hit an EMT who was providing assistance, authorities detailed in the release.
Hoke was taken into custody and transported to Lebanon County Central Booking. She is charged with Felony Aggravated Assault, Misdemeanor Simple Assault – Domestic Violence, Summary Disorderly Conduct, and Summary Harassment, police said…
