A lockdown was ordered at the 193rd Special Operations Wing in Middletown after shots were heard near a parking lot close to the aircraft flightline on Saturday, Nov. 15, officials announced.
Shots rang out around 10:45 a.m., prompting the Pennsylvania Air National Guard to activate its “active shooter” response measures, according to the release.
