Capital Region Water’s proposed “solution” to the chronic problem of sewage overflows from the City of Harrisburg into the Susquehanna River projects that the waterfront at our state capital will continue to fail water quality standards for another 30 years, until at least 2055.
That should be unacceptable to everyone who loves and cares about the Susquehanna River.
