11 charged in Dauphin County drug trafficking case

DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. — The U.S. Attorney’s Office of the Middle District of Pennsylvania announced that 11 people, all from in or around Harrisburg, were charged in a superseding indictment as part of an alleged drug-trafficking conspiracy investigation.

According to a press release, the following people were charged in the case:

  • Nymele Morgan, 49
  • Anthony Reyes-Pabon, 26
  • Laura Snyder, 42
  • Trumaine Weaver, 26
  • Tyshawn Jones, 28
  • Moises Arroyo-Guerra, 35
  • Justice Andrews, 31
  • Robert Bates, 38
  • Jockzan Rodriguez, 40
  • Alexia Lambert, 27
  • Margarita Pabon-Torres, 51

According to U.S. Attorney Brian Miller with the Department of Justice, the superseding indictment alleges that from on or about Sept. 1, 2023, until on or about May 30, 2025, the suspects conspired to distribute methamphetamine, fentanyl and cocaine.

The indictment further charges Weaver, Bates and Morgan with having possessed a firearm as a prohibited person. Reyes-Pabon and Pabon-Torres face charges with using and maintaining a premises to further drug trafficking activities, according to Miller…
