Passing driver stops to help 2 trapped after I-83 crash: ‘God wanted me to be there’

YORK COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — Harrisburg resident Breanna Oritz was on her way home from work later than usual when she encountered a rollover crash on Interstate 83 in York County.

“It was bad,” she wrote in a Facebook post. “The car had flipped and was in the middle of the highway. I immediately threw my car in PARK and turned on my flashers and ran to make sure everyone was okay.”
