PENNSYLVANIA — Federal authorities have charged 11 people in connection with a drug trafficking conspiracy that spanned nearly two years, the Department of Justice announced.
Officials said the suspects conspired to distribute methamphetamine, fentanyl, and cocaine between September 2023 and May 2025. Several of those charged are also facing firearms-related offenses.
All 11 individuals are from the greater Harrisburg area, with ages ranging from 26 to 51. Those charged include:

- Trumaine Assad Weaver, 26
- Tyshawn Lorne Jones, 28
- Moises Arroyo-Guerra, 35
- Justice Tireese Andrews, 31
- Robert Oren Bates, 38
- Jockzan Rodriguez, 40
- Alexia Ricohla Lambert, 27
- Margarita Pabon-Torres, 51
