CARLISLE – Based largely on medical evidence, a judge ordered a Carlisle woman to stand trial on third-degree murder charges for the 2023 death of her two-year-old daughter.
District Judge Jonathan Birbeck’s ruling came after a 90-minute hearing Friday centered on a pathologist’s findings that the child, Ivory Nunez, was essentially poisoned with fentanyl when she died Jan 10.
