DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — Two people were hospitalized Sunday morning after a car rolled down into a bank on 283 West.
According to a social media post from the Londonderry Fire Company, officials arrived to the crash around 2:50 a.m.to find a vehicle that had gone over the guardrail on mile marker 9.6 and landed upside down over an embankment.
Two people that were in the vehicle were standing on the side of the road when emergency crews arrived…
