Shapiro directs nearly $220 million to support SEPTA

HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) — Earlier today, Gov. Josh Shapiro (D) directed PennDOT Secretary Mike Carroll to allocate an additional $219.9 million in capital funding to support the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA).
