York County man charged after alleged campaign of stalking, harassment against neighbors

GLENVILLE, Pa. — A York County man is facing multiple charges in the latest alleged incident of a years-long period of harassment against his neighbors, police claim in charging documents.

Kipp Ordean Wentz, 44, of Glenville, was the source of two disturbances at a home on Glenville Road in West Manheim Township on Nov. 1 and Nov. 2, according to West Manheim Township Police. In both incidents, he allegedly trespassed on the victims’ property, yelled obscenities and racial slurs at them, made obscene gestures in their direction, and threatened to assault them, the victims reported.
