York man arrested for allegedly assaulting, injuring 3-month-old child

YORK, Pa. — A York man was arrested by the York County Regional Police Department after he allegedly struck his three-month old son multiple times, causing injuries, according to a police report.

Ethan Sweeney, 22, allegedly admitted to the incident during a police interview on Dec. 2.

On Tuesday, Nov. 25 at about midnight, police were dispatched to the WellSpan York Hospital for a three-month-old child that was brought to the emergency department with serious injuries.
