YORK COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — While under arrest for starting a fire, a Dover man allegedly told a York police officer he hopes he, “ends up like Becker, Emenheiser and Baker”— the three Northern York County Regional detectives who were killed in the line of duty in September.
Officers placed Christian Meiler, 31, under arrest Nov. 30 after they were called to a home on Carlisle Road, where a fire Meiler allegedly started got out of control and burned down a shed.
