The Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture, 866-366-3723, uses a risk-based inspection reporting process for restaurants and other food handlers.

Sk Mini Mart, 402 Willow St. Highspire, November 21. Pass. No violations.

Tokyo Diner, 4089 Londenderry Rd. Harrisburg, November 21. Pass. Countless containers with ingredients and spices without labels were observed around the kitchen. Repeat violation. Refrigerated ready to eat, time/temperature control for safety food prepared in the food facility and held for more than 24 hours, located in the walk in cooler, is not being date marked. The exterior of multiple containers was observed with accumulated food, dirt, and grease. It was observed that the floor and walls in the dishwashing and prep-table area were not clean, neither visibly nor to the touch. Non-food contact surfaces not cleaned at a frequency to preclude accumulation of dirt and soil. Observed ceiling tiles show signs of moisture, with possible water retention or mold growth.
