NEEDMORE- Multiple police departments are looking for a man that authorities say committed home improvement fraud across South Central Pennsylvania.
The Lower Paxton Township Bureau of Police in Dauphin County initially posted an arrest warrant on their Crimewatch page announcing a warrant issued for Scott David Miller of Harrisburg and Philadelphia for home improvement fraud.
