A 28-year-old York County man wanted for stabbing his ex-girlfriend and her new boyfriend inside a Dauphin County home in August was arrested last week, police said.
Edward Lee McDowell, of York County, was charged with burglary, two felony counts of aggravated assault and terroristic threats, according to court documents filed by Derry Township police.
