HARRISBURG, Pa. — A 72-year-old man living in a tent in Harrisburg died after a propane heater he was using to stay warm caught the tent on fire on Dec. 5.
William Kramer was transported to Holy Spirit Hospital, where he died from complications of thermal burns, according to the Cumberland County coroner and The Eclipse Project, a local organization that works to help people experiencing homelessness in the Harrisburg area.
