LEBANON COUNTY, Pa (WHTM) — “I grew up with horses,” said Cindy Gilbert, the owner, manager and instructor at Lebanon County’s Harvest View Stables.
“There are only 12 [horses] on the property right now. I’ve been trying to downsize a little bit,” she added. “We’ve had up to like 23 at one point and that that’s too many, but 12 is manageable.”
