YORK COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — A jury convicted a York County man accused in the shooting death of another man at a park.
Elijah Penn, 21, was tried this week on first degree murder, aggravated assault, and reckless endangerment charges, among others, in the 2021 shooting death of Justin Griffith at Cousler Park in Manchester Township in York’s suburbs.
According to Northern York County Regional Police, Griffith was found shot near the basketball courts at the park. He was taken to York Hospital where he later died. Another man was taken to a local hospital with a gunshot wound and survived…
