(WHTM) — Not exactly mild weather for sleeping outside Friday night but that is exactly why some Midstaters are going to do it anyway.
This will happen outside the Colonial Courthouse in York. Community leaders, including outgoing Mayor Michael Helfrich, will sleep outside there to support people who sleep outside all the time because they don’t have homes.
