(WHTM) – On This Week in Pennsylvania, State Senate Minority Leader Jay Costa (D) joins the show to discuss the subpoenas for information on the security upgrades at Governor Josh Shapiro’s personal residence after an arson attack at his Harrisburg home.
Costa argues that the committee that approved the subpoenas does not have investigatory power, and that any investigation should be referred to the Inspector General, Attorney General, or Auditor General.
