Miss Renee Decker, a first grade teacher at Roundtown Elementary School in the Central York School District, was recognized this week in Hershey as one of 12 educators honored across Pennsylvania. The announcement took place during the Governor’s ceremony for the 2026 Pennsylvania Teacher of the Year.
