Company owner offered woman job for work release program then raped her on 2nd day: police

The owner of a central Pennsylvania tree-cutting service raped a woman who was working for him as part of Dauphin County’s work release program, police said.

Lyle Voorhees, owner of Harrisburg Tree Service, was charged on Monday with two counts of rape in connection with a Nov. 1 assault in Susquehanna Township, according to court documents.
