YORK COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — A York man is accused of raping a boy while he was sleeping, then allegedly threatening to kill them and flee the country, police say.
According to court documents filed by York City Police, Delisma Shelov, 33, allegedly sexually abused the boy at a York City home while babysitting between August and September.
