CAMP HILL, Pa. — Four women are facing charges after police say they were involved in a brawl in a parking lot outside the Capital City Mall earlier this month.
Oreal O. Dykes, 26, Kajah Manice Dalisa George, 30, Messiah Ali Cloud, 21, and Carrie L. Bowman, 46, are all charged with simple assault in connection to the alleged fight, which was reported shortly before 12:30 p.m. on December 13.
