Oriel O. Dykes, 26, of Camp Hill was arrested after a violent altercation outside the Capital City Mall in Lower Allen Township, according to police.
Officers were dispatched to the mall at 3506 Capital City Mall Drive for an active fight in the parking lot at 12:27 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 13, Lower Allen Township police said.
When officers arrived, they met with Messiah Cloud and Kajah George, who had been involved in the fight and suffered injuries to their knuckles and faces, according to the release. Investigators later identified additional participants as Carrie Bowman and Dykes…
