A new snack outlet with a sweet and salty inventory grew out of Greg Allen’s idea to own a popcorn stand.
Earlier this month, the former co-owner of Allen’s Markets and his family opened Pop’s Snack Outlet at 550 N. Mountain Road at the former Forte Music in Lower Paxton Township.
