More than five years after a fatal shooting outside a Carlisle American Legion, two people have been indicted in the killing following a lengthy grand jury investigation, Cumberland County District Attorney Sean McCormack announced.
The defendants face charges including First-Degree Murder, Third-Degree Murder, Aggravated Assault, and Criminal Use Of A Communication Facility, according to court documents. Prosecutors say the case stems from long-running disputes between two groups connected to the Carlisle area.
