Buffalo Township, Pa. — A preliminary hearing is scheduled next month for a 67-year-old man accused of stabbing another man over an argument about a heating bill.
Robert David Kitchens was taken into custody shortly after the alleged stabbing around 9:20 p.m. Dec. 3 at a home at the 3900 block of Route 192 in Buffalo Township, according to Pennsylvania State Police at Milton.
Kitchens, Union County, is charged with criminal homicide and felony aggravated assault, along with other charges. He was arraigned on Dec. 8 at the office of District Judge Jeffrey Mensch and remains in Union County Prison in lieu of $300,000 bail…
