Andre Romulus, 42, has been located and taken into custody in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, in connection with a criminal homicide investigation, according to the Chambersburg Police Department.
Police said Romulus was arrested on December 22, 2025, in Harrisburg by members of the Chambersburg Police Department, the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office, and the United States Marshals Service Fugitive Task Force.
