COLUMBIA, Pa. — A Lancaster County man was charged after an investigation of a suspected domestic incident by West Hempfield Township Police early Monday morning, according to a criminal complaint affidavit.
Police were dispatched to an incident at about 2:17 a.m. on the 1400 block of Manor Street. A woman reported that a suspect, identified as Joseph Emlet, of Columbia, pointed a gun at her head and threatened her.
Emlet wanted to see the contents of the victim’s phone, she reported. The victim told police she and Emlet had been in a relationship that ended two weeks ago…
