Reliance Oil has closed on its acquisition of six Shell branded sites from SAC, Inc., an operator of convenience stores in the Bedford and Harrisburg, Pa., marketplace.
The transaction was only for the Shell branded convenience stores and Shell wholesale portion of SAC’s multi-faceted business.
