HARRISBURG, DAUPHIN CO. (WOLF) — A Harrisburg man will spend the next two decades in federal prison after prosecutors say he ran a large drug trafficking operation out of a local business and used violence to protect it.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania announced that William Kuduk, 38, was sentenced on December 19, 2025, by U.S. District Judge Jennifer P. Wilson to 20 years in prison. The sentence stems from convictions related to drug trafficking and hiring armed individuals to safeguard his criminal enterprise.
Federal prosecutors said Kuduk was responsible for distributing more than 1,000 kilograms of marijuana and over five kilograms of cocaine. Investigators determined much of the drug activity was conducted through a used car dealership on Paxton Street in Harrisburg…
