DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — The holidays are all about giving and there are always outreach groups trying to give anything they can to those in need. On Christmas Eve, a group being led by a gourmet chef was serving at Amiracle Community, the lot designated for Harrisburg’s homeless population.
“I’m out 365 days a year. So for me, it’s my Christmas present is to come down here, bless the people,” said Chef Tom, who served Wednesday afternoon. “And then in return, I get to the greatest present of all, being satisfied that I helped someone.”
