Cause of death revealed for central Pa. man found hours after shooting

Police on Tuesday announced that a man found dead hours after a December shooting in Lancaster County is believed to have died from a drug overdose.

Columbia police said they were dispatched around 10:15 a.m. Dec. 9 to the home of Christopher Colon-Martinez, 31, on the 200 block of Walnut Street for reports of a man suffering from an overdose.

Colon-Martinez was dead when police arrived. His cause and manner of death are pending toxicology tests…
