In October and November, developers in the midstate proposed plans for housing developments, agricultural operations, a childcare center, a school and a pool hall.
The list below includes numerous projects in Perry, Adams, Cumberland and Dauphin counties.
Note that not all proposed plans will come to fruition, and some projects may take years before construction begins…
