YORK COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A man has pleaded guilty in connection with a February 2023 assault that led to a shooting at a York County Price Busters, court documents revealed.
Michael Whitt, who was 23 at the time of the shooting, was spotted on surveillance cameras walking into the Price Busters Furniture store, where then 20-year-old Kirk Olivier was shopping. Records show that Olivier saw Whitt around 11:06 a.m., pulled a pistol from his waistband, and opened fire at Whitt.
