HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHP) — The Harrisburg City Council is set to vote on overriding the mayor’s veto of the 2026 city budget.
Council passed the $88 million spending on plan on December 15 in a 6-1 vote, that did not include a controversial pay increase for the mayor and other elected officials.
