UPDATE (12/27): PennDOT has lifted all vehicle restrictions and most speed restrictions on roads in the southcentral PennDOT District 8 region consisting of Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Lancaster, Lebanon, Perry, and York counties.
Due to the winter storm impacting the region, PennDOT temporarily restricted certain vehicles from using some interstates yesterday to help ensure the interstates remained open during the most challenging conditions of the winter storm.
